This hotel is well-located near restaurants and stores, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast was tasty and had both Asian and European options. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the nearby sights. Taxis were available to call for a reasonable price to get to the airport, and tourist spots were within easy reach for sight-seeing.
There were some issues with hot water in the mornings and the wifi cut out at one point, which staff were unable to fix.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The basic amenities provided in the room were satisfactory, and I particularly appreciated the personal touch of a rose on the bed and in the bathroom. Moreover, the hotel's location was convenient as it was not too far from the main tourist attractions, and the view of the Shwedagon Pagoda from my room was absolutely stunning.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean room, which was very comfortable. the hotel's offering of multiple complimentary bottles of water per day, rather than just one small bottle, was a welcome surprise. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to reach popular tourist spots quickly by taxi, and there were always many taxis waiting right outside.
The beef steak I ordered medium rare arrived well-done, and the accompanying vegetables were undercooked. when I tried to exchange local currency, the rate offered was not very good.

The location was perfect, as it was not too far from the main tourist places to visit. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy all it had to offer. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. We also appreciated the convenience of the shops and commercial services located nearby. The hotel provided medical facilities service, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The laundry service was efficient, and the airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The in-room safe provided an added sense of security. The dining table in our room made it convenient for us to enjoy meals. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and having a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette in the room was a bonus. The onsite dryer was also convenient. The television and AM/FM alarm clock kept us entertained and on schedule. The staff on the reception desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and attended to. our stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.
The hotel could improve in terms of its leisure facilities. While there was a swimming pool and sauna, we would have liked to see more options, such as a garden area or a leisure/TV room.

I spent my Christmas here and was surprised with free shuttle service to major attractions and cost-effective taxi service. the breakfast buffet had both western and asian options that tasted delicious.
Sadly, the shower was poorly labeled that we encountered issues with the water temperature. Worse, the streets were littered with trash and did not give off the holiday spirit.
